General Terms and conditions

User Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content and context of any materials you post or submit through the Site. You warrant and agree that while using the Site, you shall not upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish through the Site any materials which: (a) are unlawful, threatening, harassing or profane; (b) restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying the Site; (c) constitute or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability; or (d) contain a virus or other harmful component, advertising of any kind, or false or misleading indications or origin or statements of fact.
The Order and these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") shall constitute the sole evidence of the contract between the Company and the Buyer to the exclusion of all conditions and warranties statutory or otherwise not expressly incorporated herein and it is strictly understood by the Buyer that the Buyer enters into these Terms and Conditions solely and exclusively in reliance upon its own judgment and not upon any representation, condition or warranty made or alleged to be made by the Company (including, but without limitation, the Company's employees, contractors, officers and agents).

Orders

The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept any Order, in whole or in part.
If the buyer entitles to cancel the order at any step of the process then he is liable pay the admin fee for $20
Time frame for the printing is 2-3 working days and can be extent to 4-5 working days in peak time of business

Delivery

The Company will make every effort to complete delivery on the date agreed but the Company shall not be liable for late delivery or damages or losses of any kind (howsoever arising) as a result, directly or indirectly, of the late delivery of the Goods; nor will the Company be required to accept cancellation of any Order by the Buyer because of late delivery of the Goods.

Cancellation Policy

An order may not be cancelled once it is “In Production”. If you wish to cancel an order prior to production, you must call and confirm at what stage the order is at. If the order is still in preflight or proofing stage, it may be cancelled subject to the following fees, when applicable:
Orders paid for and cancelled before 5pm NZ Time of the same day may be refunded in full or booked as store credit to be applied to future orders;
Orders with payment below $50 will not be subject to any cancellation fees.
Cancellation of orders from $50 up to $250 will be subject to a $45.00 processing fee + 3.5% merchant fee.
Orders $250 and above will be charged $90.00 processing fee + 3.5% merchant fee based on the full payment amount.
Orders over $500 will be charged 50% cancellation fee which will cover make ready's, administration fees, restocking fees and merchant fees
The above applies for orders that are placed online as well as any jobs that are ordered by way of an official purchase order.

Return Policy

At Vivid Prints, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible printing experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will hear and investigate your complaint
50% Partial Refund or reprint on any defective print orders
Any printing problems occurred while the printing or after the order delivered to client will be considered If the order is sent back to the company
If the Buyer has any claim in respect of the Goods or short supply of any Goods the claim must be made to the Company in writing within three (3) days of the date of delivery of the Goods. The fact that no such claim has been made shall be conclusive evidence in any proceedings or action of any kind between the Company and the Buyer that the Goods at the time of delivery were acceptable to the Buyer.

Colour Variation

Vivid Prints will reproduce colour from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match colour and density. Because of inherent limitations with the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of colour reproduction is not guaranteed. By placing an order with Vivid Prints Limited.au you agree to this limitation. We will try our best to match the gradient density of each colour, but we accept no responsibility for colour variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honoured for colour variations that have occurred during the printing process. We are not liable for colour matching or ink density on screen proofs that you approve. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not colour or density. Application of UV coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colours. We are not liable for the final colour appearance of a UV coated product. The Print Industry Tolerance for colour variation is 10% from PMS to CMYK.

No Liability for Errors

Vivid Prints Limited.au is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Cracks on Folds, Finished Product Size. Vivid Prints Limited.au does not make any changes on customer files.

Printhub respect our customers’ privacy. We are open about the information we gather and how we intend to use such information.
The information we collect when you place orders with us is used for managing your account, despatching your goods, checking credit worthiness and marketing our goods and services to you. We endeavour to make all our promotions relevant to you and will use information provided by you to market our products and services as such. This may be done by mail, phone and e-mail.
